DAIRY is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping:

Free Shipping on any order over $100.

$5 shipping on all other orders.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

Golflefleur.com ships to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC). We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. 

Taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

International Shipping:

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Golflefleur.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

Golflefleur.com ships to more than 20 countries. You can choose your shipping country during checkout.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

All sales are final. 

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. DAIRY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at hello@dairy.gg within 3 days of delivery.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

You will receive a separate email including parcel tracking information once your order ships. Order processing and delivery is approximately 3-10 business days within the continental United States.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN BUY?

Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed on the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
